Ralfor

Rule coverage and limits

Ralfor helps organize records and follow-up work. It is not a compliance certification or medical advice. The licensed administrator must verify the rules that apply to the home.

Virginia and North Carolina

Virginia assisted living citations and North Carolina adult care (13F, seven or more beds) and family care (13G, two to six beds) citations guide the record screens. The home’s state and licensed capacity select the rule set.

Records and reminders

Resident assessments, service plans, medication records, staff credentials and training, incidents, fire drills, resident funds and inspection exports have dedicated workflows. A recorded date or uploaded document does not prove an assessment, credential, background check or inspection is valid.
