Software for Virginia assisted living homes
Ralfor is one app for a licensed assisted living facility, small or large: residents, medications, staff, incidents, inspection readiness, billing and families, with an AI assistant that prepares work and follows your role and approval settings.
Built around the Virginia standards
Ralfor's rule set is written from the Virginia Standards for Licensed Assisted Living Facilities (22VAC40-73). When the app shows a due date, it shows the citation it came from, so you or your administrator can check it. It is a working tool, not a certification: the standards and your inspector's reading of them always come first.
For small homes and larger communities
- One screen for the morning. What's due, what's late and what Ralfor already prepared.
- AI with clear authority. It prepares work and can perform permitted actions under your approval settings. Clinical and financial decisions retain their required human controls.
- Keep working when AI is unavailable. Use the app’s forms and records directly; AI assistance needs a configured provider.
- English and Spanish interface for staff.
- Your data is yours. Export supported records when you need them.
Where we are today
We show Ralfor on a sample home with made-up residents. We are not asking any home to enter real resident information until the safeguards for that are in place. Request early access and we'll tell you when your home can start.
See it on a sample home. A 20-minute call where we walk through a day at a care home in Ralfor: med pass, an incident, a call-out, a family update. Sample residents only; you never need to share real resident information to see it.

General information, not legal advice. Rules differ by state and licence type and change over time. Check your own licensing guidance before you change how your home works: in Virginia the VDSS Division of Licensing Programs and the 22VAC40-73 standards; in North Carolina the DHSR Adult Care Licensure Section, your county DSS adult home specialist and the 10A NCAC 13F and 13G rules.
